If you have challenge questions and answers set up in the Griffith Password Self Service application, you can use the
Forgotten Password feature to change your password.
You can also use the Interactive Voice Response Self Service Password Reset (IVR) Phone Service if you have recorded the following details in the Griffith Portal at least 24 hours beforehand:
- Mobile phone number
- Date of birth
- Australian postcode
To use the IVR Phone Service, contact the support number below and follow the prompts to obtain a new or replacement password.
If you do not have challenge questions and answers set up in the Griffith Password Self Service application, you will need to contact the
Library and IT helpdesk on (07) 3735 5555 or (07) 5552 5555 to have your password reset.
